Quality Policy

In 2004, a quality management system complying with the LST EN ISO 9001:2001 standard requirements was implemented in the company for the first time, in order to ensure the quality of provided services, to be competitive in the company's business market and meet the needs of clients. 

The quality management system ensures the implementation of the company's quality policy. The quality management system is comprised of different but interrelated management processes that require different types of resources, including human resources.

We understand that the contribution of employees is very important in order to provide only the highest quality services, therefore we continuously invest in our employees, their training and qualification improvement. Each employee is familiarized with the company's quality policy, its requirements and becomes responsible for his compliance with these requirements.

Responsible attitude towards work, flexibility, professionalism, desire to understand client needs and implement them, integrity and ability to keep its word helped the company earn the trust and respect of its clients. The earned trust encourages the company to move forward, grow, expand and improve, in order to become a leader in the railway infrastructure construction services market.
